demmel products presents the new iLCD Linux series
In recent years expectations of what an intelligent LCD should offer have risen and we have worked tirelessly to meet them. With the iLCD Linux and its super-fast 1.8 GHz quad-core processor (i.MX8M Plus from NXP) including integrated video and graphics processor, video playback and 3D-rendering are supported. The freely modifiable Yocto-Linux operating system expands the application spectrum enormously and allows you to create high-performance, individual and sophisticated applications yourself.
Equipped with a high resolution display, our series currently has a 7.0" and a 10.1" model. In the near future we will add a 12.1" and a 15.6" solution, while further we will soon launch a series with the i.MX93 for an even more cost efficient HMI. Just like the new iLCD JPro F-Series, we also aim to set new quality standards in the field of embedded Linux displays, so that our customers will excel as well. Our entire iLCD Linux series will be equipped with high-resolution IPS displays with up to 1000 cd/m². The PCAP touch panels are optically bonded, which keeps the images, graphics & videos crisp and the colors vivid. At the same time, our touch controller with the optically bonded touch panel allows the use of up to 4mm cover glass.
By default, our iLCD Linux series is equipped with 2GB Ram, 16GB flash memory and an operating temperature range of 0° to 70° C. As flexibility is a key selling point especially for this series, these parameters can be extended up to 4GB RAM, 64GB flash memory and -20° to 70° C for volume orders.
Bonded Solution
As the name indicates, the bonded solution is a slim Linux based HMI. This series combines the advantages of intelligent displays with the utility of having an operating system known from Panel-PC solutions. The convenient mounting brackets allow for a snug connection with your housing. Form and function are united in this design.
Linux Mainboard
The iLCD Linux mainboard is our more flexible alternative to the bonded solution. The mainboard serves as the "brain" that can be connected to extension boards. This gives you the freedom to change displays even as the core hardware remains the same.
